Eucor - The European Campus - Training Offers for Young Researchers - Urban Water Bodies with Prof. Dr. Karl Matthias Wantzen, Eucor Cross Border Chair in Water Management Systems

This workshop explores how cities can redesign and restore their water bodies to support both human wellbeing and biodiversity. Together, participants will discuss practical solutions for balancing ecological functions with urban needs,
creating healthier and more resilient urban environments.

 

Target Audience:

  • Master students that are interested in urban planning, landscape architects, hydrologists and anyone engaged in shaping the future ofurban environments.
  • It welcomes both academics and Practitioners who are passionate about integrating ecological thinking into city design
